The new Automha headquarters expresses attention to the people who will live there and to sustainability.Fundamental was the desire not to occupy new soil but to intervene on an existing industrial site with really important reclamation, recovery and redevelopment works.
In particular, interventions were carried out to restore the drainage capacity to the soil through specific paving, the restoration of a large area previously cemented to greenery, the creation of hydraulic works aimed at containing and managing large masses of water generated by increasingly violent storm precipitations.
For the facades, the thermal and acoustic insulation, the furnishings, which are totally formaldehyde-free and characterized by great attention to ergonomics, recycled and recyclable materials have been chosen.
Finally, great attention has been paid to energy consumption: the lighting system is therefore entirely entrusted to the latest generation LED projectors, which guarantee, in addition to low electrical absorption, controlled luminous fluxes and ideal color temperatures, the air conditioning is generated by pumps. low absorption heat and a mechanical ventilation system guarantees excellent comfort and maximum health and hygiene safety.
