The historic Albergo Ferrari in Bratto (Castione della Presolana, BG) has undergone a radical renovation of its most convivial rooms on the ground floor.The story of the renovation can only start from the bar area, where the real protagonist of the project is located: the imposing bar counter. The design line is sinuous, embraces the space inviting guests to explore new shades of taste and conviviality. Its Piasentina stone top reflects the mountain essence of the region, while the cladding in vertical slats of bio larch gives warmth and naturalness to the environment. But it does not end here: the welcoming and contemporary atmosphere of the bar area has been further enriched with the wood coating (always bio-heated larch), which alternates harmoniously with gray cement resin walls, creating dynamic and evocative contrasts.
The last material touch to the space is given by the elements in iron and painted steel: the shelves behind the counter, the separate elements designed and carved ad hoc "foliage" theme and the decorative inscription that communicates the historic soul of the hotel (is Ferrari - from- one thousand nine hundred twenty-two 1922).

Another focal point of the project is certainly the reception area. A real corner of design and functionality with the modern reception counter. Thanks to the combination of shapes and materials, the counter perfectly embodies the harmony between nature and contemporary design. But what makes it truly unique is the central blade in painted steel, embellished with the carving of the pictogram of the new brand "albergo ferrari", also studied by our studio in the graphic design department. This is the touch of elegance and identity that we thought to welcome the guests of the hotel.The functionality is not less: the blade not only adds aesthetic beauty to the volume of the counter, but also guarantees the right privacy allowing a discreet and impeccable management of data and reservations.On the adjacent wall we then find the keychain, a gem that does not go unnoticed. Designed and made of wood and steel, it shows the number carvings of the backlit rooms, facilitating the check-in and check-out of guests with style and convenience.

The Drink & Relax Room is a real refuge of comfort and style designed to offer an experience of well-being and conviviality: wooden tables and benches are decorated with painted iron edges that blend harmoniously with the modern chairs in ash and polyurethane, carefully selected to add a touch of modernity and freshness to the environment. The choice of powder blue color gives a sense of serenity and lightness, inviting guests to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of pure design.The real protagonist of this room is certainly the painted steel bookcase, with a unique and light design, inclined a few degrees, which invites guests to the relaxation area where they can enjoy a good coffee. The invitation extends to the reading area equipped with modern armchairs.Last but not least, the lighting project. Designed with the aim of illuminating the environment in a diffuse and uniform way through small spots of warm light, creating an atmosphere that "tastes like home".
